For each event we start with sitting down with the client to discuss their vision, goals, and budget. Once we understand the client's needs, we put together a comprehensive plan that includes a timeline, budget, contingency plans for weather, and other important logistics. We have multiple event planning packages available, from full-scale planning, execution, and day-of coordination to small consultancy packages.

We provide custom pricing for our services, but the below pricing can serve as a guide for your budgeting purposes.

  • Day-of Event Coordination: $1,000 - $1,500 

  • Small Events (Under 75 people): start at $3,000

  • Medium Events (75-150 people): start at $5,000

  • Large Events & Galas: start at $7,500
